Refund policy
Products purchased on Bagalea.com sites and on third-party sites such as Shop, Cymbio, Amazon, Walmart, and any other online platforms that may offer our products in Canada and any other country in the world where the product is available, are "non-exchangeable" and are "final sales", therefore non-returnable. However, in the event of non-conformity or defect of the product, it is possible to make a claim up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, after verification of the request and approval, we may be able to refund the total amount of the order less the shipping costs for the return.
Before making any return due to quality defects or product defects , you must contact customer service at sales@bagalea.com to obtain a return authorization number (RMA) . Otherwise, if your shipment does not have an RMA number and is lost, we reserve the right not to refund the products due to the absence of merchandise.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For shipments lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on our part will be handled at our expense.
Any claim for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the product.
Unclaimed - Unclaimed shipments are returned to supplier warehouses.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted .
To make a return, you must contact customer service at the following address: sales@bagalea.com . You must write the RMA number that you requested as a reference during shipping on a sheet that you will insert on top of the contents before closing the box and ideally on the box.
Disclaimer: The suppliers' address should be used for product returns only . Any other type of correspondence (notices, letters, etc.) sent to their addresses will be returned to the sender, as they are not legally allowed to open mail not addressed to them.
Please note that returns must be sent to the address provided by Bagaléa customer service when you made your claim.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions or non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as large items and non-returnable items. We will handle these issues on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is that once you have contacted us and received an RMA number (if the item is returnable), is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted by us, make a separate purchase for a new item.
30-day return period
Notwithstanding the above, for shipped merchandise, you have the right to make a claim if the item is defective within 30 days, for any reason and without justification. The return period begins on the date you receive your order. As above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Before any return, it is mandatory to contact our services at sales@bagalea.com to confirm the shipping address.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
