Standard delivery delivery times are currently approximately 12 business days on average, depending on your location.

Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. However, please note that delays may occur due to high order volumes, machine breakdowns, postal service issues, or weather conditions, which are beyond our control. We are not responsible for these exceptional situations.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates Please note that shipping costs for orders are calculated based on your mailing address. Shipping is free for orders over $75.00.
Important Regardless of your country of residence, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these fees, if they apply, and are entirely your responsibility, the customer.

How can I check the status of my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours after your order has shipped for tracking information to be available. If you have not received your order by the date indicated on the shipping provider's platform following your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@bagalea.com with your name and order number, and we will review it for you.
Shipping to PO Boxes
We do not currently ship to PO Boxes.
Refunds and Returns
We reserve the right to accept returns and refunds under certain conditions. Please contact us at sales@bagalea.com for details. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item. We will handle these issues on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
